Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Senior Analyst, Assortment Planning to serve as a trusted analytics partner to the Merchandising Organization. You will lead category business reviews, develop data-driven recommendations, and support assortment strategies across departments.

You will collaborate with Merchants to identify drivers of performance and translate insights into actionable plans. Responsibilities include owning category reviews, presenting to leadership, and maintaining strong Merchant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to merchandising, analytics or business.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Merchants to set category goals and perform ad hoc analyses to drive assortment decisions.
• Develop executive-level presentations with strategic rationale and expected financial impact.
• Lead category business reviews (Rapid Business Reviews, PLRs, Quick Hits, Post Reset Reviews).
• Manage Merchant/Associate Merchant relationships for the designated department.
• Occasionally travel up to 10% for business needs.
