Job summary

The Home Depot in Atlanta seeks a Manager, Merchandising Product Strategy to own the merchandising portfolio intake and planning cadence, set and monitor OKRs, and drive business cases for strategic initiatives.

You will lead cross-functional teams in delivering end-to-end process improvements, coach Senior Analysts, and partner with Product Management to shape data-driven decisions across merchandising.

Qualifications

• Experience leading product strategy or merchandising initiatives.
• Proven ability to build and defend business cases with data.
• Familiarity with OKR frameworks for product organizations.

Responsibilities

• Owns portfolio intake and planning cadence for Merchandising.
• Sets and tracks OKRs, and leads business case development.
• Leads end-to-end delivery for process improvements outside formal Product Management.
• Coaches and develops Senior Analysts on the team.
• Manages cross-functional teams to implement new systems and processes.
