Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Sr Data Analyst in Supply Chain to synthesize complex analyses into clear data-driven stories. You will work with a team to apply established and new analytical processes across diverse datasets, delivering insights and timely reporting while continually learning new technical skills.

This role emphasizes data mining, statistical analysis, and advanced SQL/Access skills to connect relational data and generate actionable business insights in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of work experience in data mining, statistical analysis, auditing, and/or forecasting.
• Intermediate SQL or MS Access experience to join relational tables and knowledge of another scripting language (e.g., Python, R).
• Experience with reporting/analytical tools (Excel, SAS, Tableau, etc.).
• Experience in Supply Chain, Merchandising, or Operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create new dashboards and reports using data analytics tools.
• Execute existing reporting and analytical tasks.
• Ensure high quality of work with strong attention to detail.
• Present findings clearly and relate analytics to business impact.
