Qualifikationen

• Six months of prior Walgreens experience or one year of prior retail experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task and manage execution.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing solutions.

Aufgaben

• Executes, monitors, and trains inventory best practices and SOPs for the entire store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Supports pharmacy inventory management activities, including receiving, counting, ordering, and returns.
• Champions On-Shelf Availability and validates planograms for accuracy.
• Reviews reports and system applications affecting front end and pharmacy on-hand balances and pricing.
• Performs front end and pharmacy asset protection, including filing claims for shortages and overages.
• Opens/closes the store as required, including cash handling and POS duties when leader on duty.
• Engages customers and assists with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Executes and coaches team on warehouse/vendor inventory management and order receiving.
• Performs on-site deliveries scanning and validates deliveries, coordinating with vendors.
• Verifies pharmacy shipments posted and completes postings for orders and recalls.
