Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. seeks a stockroom associate to receive shipments, maintain accurate inventory records, and support the sales team by replenishing the floor as needed. You will manage stockrooms and off-site locations, ensuring items are properly ticketed, logged, and easily locatable.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of lifting heavy items while working in a fast-paced retail environment. Full-time position with open availability, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in stockroom or retail service is preferred.
• Able to lift up to 75–100 lbs with proper equipment.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers
• Scan shipment as delivered
• Ticket and stock merchandise in stock room or prepare for distribution
• Provide feedback to supervisor regarding inventory levels and damages
• Organize stockroom by department and categories
• Adjust stocking procedures to ensure aisles are clear
• Ensure merchandise is stored, ticketed, logged and easy to locate
• Transport merchandise to and from remote stockroom locations
