Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse/Stockroom Associate for Pottery Barn operations in Nashville. You will receive shipments, maintain inventory records, and stock merchandise for replenishment on the sales floor and off-site locations.

Ideal candidates are detail-focused, customer-service oriented, and capable of lifting up to 100 lbs, with 1–2 years in stockroom or related roles. Full-time availability with flexibility for peak periods is expected.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify the highest level of customer service standards to internal and external customers
• Scan shipment as delivered
• Ticket and stock merchandise in the stock room or prepare for immediate distribution to the sales floor
• Provide feedback to supervisor regarding inventory levels and damages
• Organize stockroom by department and categories and stock merchandise on appropriate shelves or in offsite locations
• Adjust stocking procedures to ensure aisles and exits are clear
• Ensure merchandise is stored, ticketed, logged, and easily located for replenishment
• Pack and log merchandise for customer deliveries
• Transport merchandise to/from remote stockroom locations and maintain accurate inventory records
• Keep stockroom clean and organized
• May assist on sales floor during peak times
• Complete daily tasks and store maintenance as assigned
• Comply with company policies to minimize loss
