Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Stockroom/Receiving Associate to support the retail operations at Pottery Barn in the Lancaster area. The role involves receiving shipments, updating inventory records, and organizing the stockroom across locations.

You will also assist sales teams on the floor during busy periods, ensure merchandise is accurately logged and easily located for replenishment, and contribute to loss prevention through proper ticketing and handling of stock.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience; retail or stockroom helpful.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and logs.
• Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and log inventory accurately.
• Scan shipments as delivered and stock merchandise on shelves.
• Maintain stockroom organization across departments and locations.
• Assist sales floor staff during peak times and replenishment.
• Protect stock from loss by following procedures and tagging items.
