Job summary

Karl Lagerfeld Paris, a brand under G-III Retail Group, is seeking a Stock Associate in New York to keep the store organized and replenished. You will receive merchandise, maintain the stockroom, and support inventory accuracy to ensure products are available and presented per brand standards.

In this fast-paced role, you will collaborate with store leadership, follow safety procedures, and help maintain optimal floor stock.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related experience in inventory or retail preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand 8–10 hours per shift.
• Read, count and write to complete documentation and inventory processes.
• Basic math skills (counting, adding, multiplying).
• Able to work in temperature and noise conditions.
• Must pass certification testing before operating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, process, and organize incoming merchandise.
• Prepare and process inventory for outgoing shipments and transfers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom.
• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor accurately and efficiently.
• Support visual presentation and merchandising standards.
• Assist with inventory counts and identify items to replenish or reorder.
• Apply security sensors and follow loss-prevention and safety procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures.
• Communicate clearly with store leadership and team members.
• Manage time and adjust priorities based on business needs.
• Support additional operational needs as assigned by leadership.
