Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of inventory or retail experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand 8–10 hours.
• Push/pull, reach, bend and twist during shifts.
• Read, count and write to complete documentation.
• Basic math skills.
• Exposure to extreme temperatures and noise.
• Pass certification testing before operating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, process, and organize incoming merchandise.
• Prepare and process inventory for shipments and transfers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom.
• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor accurately and efficiently.
• Support visual presentation and merchandising standards.
• Assist with inventory counts and replenishment needs.
• Apply security sensors and follow loss-prevention and safety procedures.
• Develop knowledge of operational policies and procedures.
• Communicate clearly with store leadership and team members.
• Manage time effectively and adjust priorities.
• Follow direction from leadership and support additional needs.
