Job summary

Karl Lagerfeld Paris at G-III Retail Group is seeking a Stock Associate to help keep the store organized, replenished, and ready for business. You will receive and process merchandise, maintain the stockroom, and support inventory accuracy to ensure products are available and presented to brand standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of inventory or retail experience, can lift up to 50 pounds, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One to two years related experience in inventory or retail work preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and stand 8 to 10 hours.
• Push, pull, reach, bend and twist through the shift.
• Read, count and write to accurately complete documentation.
• Attention to detail and sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, process, and organize incoming merchandise.
• Prepare and process inventory for outgoing shipments and transfers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom.
• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor accurately and efficiently.
• Support visual presentation and merchandising standards when placing or restocking products.
• Assist with inventory counts and identify merchandise that needs to be replenished or reordered.
• Apply security sensors and follow all merchandise-handling, loss-prevention, and safety procedures.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of the company’s operational policies and procedures.
• Communicate clearly with store leadership and team members.
• Manage time effectively and adjust priorities based on the needs of the business.
• Follow direction from members of the store leadership team and support additional operational needs as assigned.
