Job summary

Karl Lagerfeld Paris in New York is seeking a Stock Associate to help keep the store organized, replenished, and ready for business. You will receive and process merchandise, maintain a clean stockroom, and support inventory accuracy to ensure products are available and presented to brand standards.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Experience in inventory or retail is preferred and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• One to two years' related experience in inventory or retail work preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and stand 8–10 hours.
• Must be able to read, count and write to complete documentation and process inventory.
• Will be required to pass certification testing prior to operating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, process, and organize incoming merchandise.
• Prepare and process inventory for outgoing shipments and transfers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom.
• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor accurately and efficiently.
• Support visual presentation and merchandising standards when placing or restocking products.
• Assist with inventory counts and identify merchandise that needs replenishment or reorder.
• Apply security sensors and follow all merchandise-handling, loss-prevention, and safety procedures.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of the company’s operational policies and procedures.
• Communicate clearly with store leadership and team members.
• Manage time effectively and adjust priorities based on business needs.
• Follow direction from store leadership and support additional operational needs.
