Job summary

G-III Retail Group, owner of Karl Lagerfeld Paris, seeks a stock/inventory associate in New York to support daily store operations. You will receive and process merchandise, organize the stockroom, and ensure accurate replenishment on the sales floor.

You will assist with inventory counts, follow safety procedures, and communicate with leadership to maintain efficient operations. This role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory or retail work preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Basic math and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, process, and organize incoming merchandise.
• Prepare and process inventory for outgoing shipments and transfers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom.
• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor accurately and efficiently.
• Support visual presentation and merchandising standards when placing or restocking products.
• Assist with inventory counts and identify merchandise that needs to be replenished or reordered.
• Apply security sensors and follow all merchandise-handling, loss-prevention, and safety procedures.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of the company’s operational policies and procedures.
• Communicate clearly with store leadership and team members.
• Manage time effectively and adjust priorities based on the needs of the business.
• Follow direction from store leadership and support additional operational needs as assigned.
