ALDO Group in West Hartford, CT is seeking a Full-Time Stock Coordinator to keep the store running smoothly behind the scenes. You will manage shipments, keep back stock organized, and ensure the floor is fully stocked to support sales.

This role requires a high school diploma, retail or service experience, and a customer-first mindset. You should be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs, with availability for day, night, and weekend shifts.

The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Full-Time Stock Coordinator keeps everything behind the scenes running smoothly. From staying on top of inventory to making sure the store is always ready for customers, you play a key role in keeping the flow going.

Salary Range

$17/hr to $19/hr
