Job summary

ALDO Group is seeking a Full-Time Stock Coordinator in Los Angeles to ensure smooth operations behind the scenes. You will manage shipments, maintain a clean and stocked back store, and support store readiness for customers.

You will comply with loss prevention and safety guidelines, assist with restocking and visual setup, and engage with customers with a fashion-forward mindset. This role offers growth opportunities and employee-focused benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or service industry.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Big customer-first energy and ability to connect with people.
• Available for day, night and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 35 lbs (16 kg).

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments quickly and efficiently.
• Keep the back store clean, organized, and fully stocked to support sales.
• Follow all loss prevention and health & safety guidelines.
• Support daily operations, including restocking, moving product between the floor and back store, and helping with visual setup.
