Job summary

Talentcare, LLC is seeking an Inventory Stager to prep materials for production. You will ensure raw materials, kit components, inserts, labels, and lot numbers are ready for the production line, following production docs.

This full-time role offers two shifts: 8am-4pm or 3pm-11pm, with shift premium possible and overtime as needed. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, organized work area; labeling and organizing materials; coordinating with Purchasing to avoid stockouts and delays; and

Responsibilities

• Prepare raw materials for assembly for production team in a timely manner to prevent wasted labor.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
• Ensure materials meet production documentation specifications and lot numbers.
• Label raw material carts and pallets for proper identification of sequestered product.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to communicate material needs and prevent delays or stockouts.
• Record time and production data and assist with scheduling as needed.
• Confer with Supervisors to coordinate activities across departments.
• Support other duties as assigned.

Our Role:
Our Inventory Stager duties will be prepping product for production to ensure raw materials are ready for production line as scheduled. Responsible for prepping all raw materials for production to include kit components, inserts, labels and lot numbers. Ensures all items; lot numbers and dating requirements are met per production documentation. Works closely with Production Supervisor and Purchasing Manager to identify what raw materials should be prepped in advance for production to ensure product is ready when needed. The Inventory Stager is responsible for labeling all raw materials carts and pallets to ensure proper identification of sequestered product. These are full time positions, with two shifts available Monday through Friday 8am-4pm OR 3pm-11pm. Dependent on candidate experience, shift premium, etc. pay ranges from $16-18/hr. Weekly productivity bonus also available (please see hiring manager or local HR for further detail to qualify.) Overtime will be scheduled as needed.
