This hands-on position requires detail orientation and comfort with warehouse systems. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in inventory or warehouse roles, experience with ERP/MRP software, and proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of inventory, warehouse, or materials management experience.
• Experience using ERP, MRP, or inventory management systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and system updates.
• Receive, inspect, store, and track incoming materials.
• Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate with purchasing and production teams to ensure material availability.
• Organize stock locations for efficiency and accessibility.
• Prepare inventory reports and assist with audits.
• Support shipping and receiving activities as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
