Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Specialist to maintain an accurate inventory of commodities and project gear. You will perform audits, manage stock levels, and provide timely inventory reports to support procurement teams.

The role involves daily to monthly inventory tasks, operating forklifts or related equipment, and adherence to safety and 5S practices within a busy warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: At least 5 years in planning, supply chain, inventory management or logistics.
• Travel: 0-10% of time.

Responsibilities

• Manages and maintains inventory system and upgrades related databases.
• Assesses reports and order patterns for automatic recurring delivery.
• Provides inventory reports to receiving and procurement teams.
• Maintains daily records of goods received and shipments.
• Keeps stock consistent and well organized.
• Pulls and packs products based on daily orders.
• Operates material handling equipment safely (forklifts, telehandlers).
• Ensures compliance with OSHA and safety requirements.
• Maintains 5S principles in the work area.
• Participates in regular physical inventory audits.
