Job summary

LKQ Corporation seeks motivated individuals to join our team in Avon, IN. The role focuses on evaluating and reviewing the company’s salvage inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and identifying opportunities for improvement.

The position requires physical work outdoors, and offers a Monday–Friday schedule with potential overtime. Starting pay ranges from $19 to $22 per hour, with benefits including health insurance, PTO, parental leave, 401(k) matching, and additional perquisites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of related inventory experience preferred.
• Experience with salvage automotive parts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and review the company’s inventory management processes.
• Identify inventory discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate counts and stocking levels for salvage parts.
• Collaborate with dismantle team and management on process improvements.
• Operate in outdoor environments and use PPE as required.
