Job summary

Five Below is seeking an Inventory Associate in Indianapolis to support cycle counting, accuracy checks, and inventory management across distribution locations. You will use RF handheld devices and WMS tools to track items and resolve discrepancies, ensuring correct counts and safe procedures.

The role requires standing for shifts, lifting up to 50 lbs, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of inventory experience.
• Stand Up Reach Forklift (Crown) or rider-walkie experience.
• Experience using RF (handheld) devices.
• Familiarity with Manhattan WMS is helpful.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Locate and verify inventory across locations.
• Use RF devices and systems to track inventory.
• Identify discrepancies and communicate findings.
• Partner with leadership to resolve damages and zero on-hand inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and safety standards.
