Inventory Specialist

Join the team at Cirtronics in Milford, NH - just a short commute from Nashua and Manchester. We're actively hiring for a full-time Inventory Specialist, with the opportunity to start in as little as 1–2 weeks.

If you enjoy hands‑on work, staying organized, and being part of a supportive, team‑oriented environment, this is a great opportunity to contribute to our manufacturing operations while developing valuable inventory and materials management skills.

What You'll Do

• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counting and inventory audits
• Receive, store, organize, and move materials throughout the facility
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and material shortages
• Perform inventory transactions and adjustments within the MRP system
• Transfer materials between warehouse and production locations
• Stock and manage inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices
• Support production by ensuring materials are available when needed

What We're Looking For

• Inventory, warehouse, stockroom, or materials handling experience preferred
• Working knowledge of FIFO inventory practices
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Basic math, computer, and data entry skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• High school diploma or GED

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
