Job summary

Cirtronics Corporation in Milford, NH is seeking a full-time Materials & Inventory Specialist to help keep production materials flowing and accurately recorded.

You will perform cycle counts, manage FIFO, and enter transactions in the MRP system, collaborating with production and warehouse teams. This hands-on role offers steady scheduling and a benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, audits, and regular inventory checks.
• Receive, organize, store, and move materials throughout the facility.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and material issues.
• Enter inventory transactions and adjustments accurately into the MRP system.
• Move materials between warehouse and production areas as needed.
• Organize and rotate inventory using FIFO practices.
• Work closely with production to ensure materials are available when needed.

Join the team at Cirtronics in Milford, NH - just a short commute from Nashua and Manchester. We're actively hiring for a full-time Materials & Inventory Specialist, with the opportunity to start in as little as 1–2 weeks.

If you enjoy hands‑on work, keeping things organized, and making sure materials are where they need to be, this is a great opportunity to play an important role in supporting our manufacturing operations while building your skills in inventory and materials management.

What You'll Do

• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, audits, and regular inventory checks
• Receive, organize, store, and move materials throughout the facility
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and material issues
• Enter inventory transactions and adjustments accurately into the MRP system
• Move materials between warehouse and production areas as needed
• Organize and rotate inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices
• Work closely with production to ensure materials are available when needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, stockroom, materials handling, or a similar environment preferred
• Understanding of FIFO inventory practicesStrong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to identify discrepancies and solve problems effectively
• Basic math, computer, and data entry skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
• High school diploma or GED

Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
