Job summary

Hajoca Corporation’s Gorman Company in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Inventory Specialist to join our warehouse team. You will handle replenishments, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution while ensuring accurate documentation and strong service to customers at Will Call and consignment locations.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of warehouse inventory experience, attention to detail, and the ability to learn our systems.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse inventory handling experience.
• Knowledge of products sold at the Profit Center preferred.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Handle material replenishments and relocate materials as needed.
• Work through daily cycle counts.
• Diagnose and resolve inventory discrepancies during replenishments and counts.
• Coach and develop newer associates to correct process deviations.
• Identify materials to be credited to the customer and forward for processing.
• Trace movements and identify errors in put away or picking when missing material.
• Assist Will Call Counter and consignment inventories and operations.
• Perform general warehouse and receiving duties and maintain a neat workspace.
• Follow safety standards and complete required training.
