Qualifications

• Previous receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience.
• Experience tracking and counting inventory.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and data-entry skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar inventory software is helpful.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are preferred but not required.
• Must be available for occasional emergency on-call needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular cycle counts.
• Identify, investigate, and help resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Research and report shortages related to shipments.
• Verify inventory replenishment and stock movements.
• Help organize warehouse space efficiently.
• Enter and maintain accurate inventory information.
• Work with team members to reduce shortages, product damage, and counting errors.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
