Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an inventory-focused role in Bealeton, VA to strengthen store inventory accuracy across front end and pharmacy. You will manage receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and planograms to ensure On-Shelf Availability.

Responsibilities include executing warehouse and vendor inventory processes, posting pharmacy shipments, and supporting price changes and audits. You will engage customers, coach staff, and help maintain policy compliance with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Six months Walgreens experience or one year retail experience.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Experience identifying operational issues and solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices storewide.
• Support pharmacy inventory management incl. receiving and returns.
• Open/close the store in designated locations as required.
• Engage customers and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Coach team on warehouse and vendor inventory processes.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and pricing.
