Job summary

Topps Security is seeking an Inventory Specialist in Grenada, MS to manage asset control, uniforms, and equipment logistics. The role reports to the Director of Operations and supports field teams by ensuring timely access to gear and accurate stock records.

The position is part-time (15-20 hours/week) with a focus on accuracy, security, and efficient operations within warehouses and armories. Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets is preferred, and lifting up to 40 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in inventory control, warehousing, asset tracking, or logistics.
• Security or military logistics experience is a plus.
• Proficient with inventory management software and spreadsheet tools.

Topps Security is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to manage our asset control, uniform distribution, and equipment logistics. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will ensure our field teams have the gear they need while maintaining accurate stock records and preventing inventory loss.

Job Type: Part-Time (15-20 hours/week)

• Keep supply rooms and armories clean, secure, and organized according to safety standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years in inventory control, warehousing, asset tracking, or logistics (security or military logistics experience is a plus).
• Proficient in inventory management software and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
• High accuracy with serial numbers, count auditing, and record-keeping.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/move during inventory counts.
