Job summary

CFS in Stow, OH is seeking an Inventory Specialist to own inventory accuracy and stock management across a multi-site operation. You will monitor levels, process transactions, and collaborate with vendors to ensure product availability.

The role offers Monday–Friday in-person work, with exposure to planning, replenishment strategies, and continuous improvement projects in a team-focused environment. Strong Excel and ERP skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in inventory control, inventory management, or related role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using ERP systems to track inventory and manage transactions.
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to support operational demands and ensure product availability.
• Generate, review, and manage inventory-related transactions, purchase orders, and stock transfers across locations.
• Evaluate inventory trends, stock variances, and supply concerns to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with suppliers and internal teams to resolve inventory discrepancies, confirm lead times, and maintain accurate records.
