Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in inventory control or related roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using ERP systems to track inventory and manage transactions.
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to support operational demands and ensure product availability.
• Generate, review, and manage inventory-related transactions, purchase orders, and stock transfers across locations.
• Evaluate inventory trends, stock variances, and supply concerns to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with suppliers and internal teams to resolve inventory discrepancies, confirm lead times, and maintain accurate records.
