Job summary

Rust-Oleum is seeking an Inventory Specialist in Minnesota to maintain inventory accuracy by monitoring SAP transactions and leading efforts to identify root causes of discrepancies.

You will support the Materials Manager in developing procedures that prevent inaccuracies and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure correct shipments, records, and load accuracy.

This is a full-time, in-person role with a targeted hourly rate of $26.00–$35.00 and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP transactions and inventory accuracy processes.
• Ability to identify root causes of inventory discrepancies.
• Collaboration with internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Document quantity, quality, type, weight, test data for materials.
• Verify shipment contents against labels, tickets, POs, and bills of lading.
• Communicate with customers and vendors to exchange information regarding products.
