Job Description
On-site Inventory Lead
Shift Schedule: 7:00am - 3:30pm; 30 minute lunch

This position serves as a key liaison between our clientcompany and their customer, helping to ensure production lines remain supplied,inventory remains accurate, and materials move efficiently throughout theoperation.
Routine responsibilities will require you to:
- Deliver materials and components to customer productionlines to ensure manufacturing operations remain fully supported.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock recordsthrough cycle counts, inventory audits, and ongoing verification activities.
- Process and coordinate purchase orders, supplier releases,incoming shipments, and material receipts.
- Inspect incoming materials to verify quality standards,quantities, and compliance with purchase order requirements.
- Communicate effectively with customer personnel, suppliers,and internal team members to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Support efficient warehouse operations by organizingmaterials, prioritizing workflow, and resolving inventory-related issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment whilefollowing all company policies and safety procedures.
- Assist with additional inventory, warehouse, and logisticsactivities as needed to support business objectives.
Required education and experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in inventory management, warehouseoperations, shipping and receiving, logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of inventory control processes andinventory accuracy best practices.
- Experience using ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)experience is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to managemultiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective organizational, communication, and problem-solvingskills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and takeownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials asrequired.
- Proficiency with standard computer applications, includingMicrosoft Office.
