Job summary

Inventory Specialist role at ManpowerGroup client in Charleston, SC. You will join the warehouse operations team supporting inventory management and process optimization. The position requires problem-solving, strong communication, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Shift is 6am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. Pay is $19 per hour with benefits after waiting period, including medical plans and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate a Cherry picker; 2 years experience required.
• Good understanding of inventory management principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Cycle counting experience and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing, controlling, and monitoring workflows at the distribution site.
• Manage inventory levels and supplies to ensure operational efficiency.
• Support training and development of warehouse staff across all activities including receiving, stocking, processing, and shipping.
• Prepare summaries and analyses on operational performance and communicate regularly with the production team.
• Ensure finished products are prepared for shipment according to customer requirements and monitor inventory for potential shortages.

As a Inventory Specialist -CF 1028, you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting inventory management and process optimization.
