Job summary

Relativity Space in Long Beach, CA is seeking an Inventory Specialist II to own our inventory system operations and grow into a subject-matter expert on ERP/MES. You will execute transactions in ERP/MES, maintain >99.9% accuracy with traceability, manage cycle counts, verify incoming material, and support on-time deliveries to production.

This second‑shift role includes a 50‑hour week with 10 overtime hours and a 10% shift premium, with competitive compensation and equity guidance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inventory, logistics, receiving, or material handling.
• 1+ years forklift experience with OSHA certification.
• Experience logging transactions in ERP/WMS with audit trail.
• Proficient with MS Office and email communication.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work flexible hours including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory transactions in ERP/MES with high accuracy and full traceability.
• Own the daily cycle count program and investigate variances.
• Verify incoming material as final quality gate before entry to production.
• Pick and kit parts to support on‑time, in‑full delivery, applying FIFO and verifying flight hardware against build records.
• Handle parts to aerospace FOD, ESD, and contamination‑control standards; maintain 5S and secure ITAR materials.
• Communicate ETAs with cross‑functional stakeholders and flag supply issues early.
• Second‑shift schedule: Mon-Fri 3:00 PM–1:30 AM PT with a 50‑hour week and 10 overtime hours.
