Job summary

Relativity Space is seeking an Inventory Specialist II to own the operational excellence of our inventory system and become a trusted SME on ERP/MES. You will ensure materials flow accurately and on time to production teams across ERP/MES systems.

You will execute all inventory transactions in real time, maintain 99.9% record accuracy, run cycle counts, verify incoming material, and uphold FIFO, 5S, ITAR controls, and safety standards in a weekend shift with overtime.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inventory, logistics, receiving or material handling.
• 1+ years of forklift experience with OSHA certification eligibility.
• Experience transacting in ERP and warehouse management software with audit trail.
• Proficient with MS Office and email communication.
• Valid driver's license; able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory transactions in ERP/MES in real time with high accuracy.
• Manage cycle counts and investigate discrepancies within shifts.
• Verify incoming material against part numbers and lot/serial data; quarantine discrepancies.
• Pick, kit, and stage parts for on-time production delivery; apply FIFO discipline.
• Maintain 5S in zones and secure ITAR-controlled material per regs.
• Communicate ETAs, flag issues, and support process improvements.
