About the Role:
We're looking for a Hardware Inventory Specialist to help manage and improve our hardware inventory process. You'll work closely with different teams to make sure we have the parts we need and keep things running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

  • Check incoming parts for quality and accuracy

  • Organize and track parts using inventory software

  • Put together kits of parts based on provided lists

  • Do regular inventory counts

  • Suggest and implement ways to improve our processes

  • Work with other teams to plan future inventory needs

What You’ll Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • At least 1 year of experience in inventory or similar work

  • Comfortable using MacOS and Google Workspace

  • Good organization and time management skills

  • Able to work alone or with a team

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift boxes up to 50 lbs

  • Stand and walk for long periods
