Job description

Agility Partners is looking for a Hardware Transition Specialist to join a Fortune 500 Global Food Services organization in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will:

• End user computing lifecycle support for the organization's employees.
• Coordinate and track vendor orders.
• Coordinate and manage large-scale system conversions for high-profile corporate customers.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, tablets, peripherals, printers, and other applications.
• Assist customers in the support of new and existing PCs and laptops, supporting both hardware and software issues.
• Install company OS from network.
