Responsibilities

Executes, monitors, and trains inventory best practices for the entire store, including front end and pharmacy.
Supports inventory management activities: receiving, counting, ordering, and returns; validates planograms.
Reviews reports and system applications affecting on-hand balances and pricing.
Executes front end and pharmacy asset protection and handles vendor overages, shortages, and damaged goods.
Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, with cash handling and cashier responsibilities.
Engages customers by greeting and assisting, resolving issues for a positive experience.
Coaches team on inventory processes, including deliveries and One Box receiving.
Maintains accurate inventory counts and pricing; posts pharmacy orders and recalls as needed.
