Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens experience (internal) or one year of prior retail work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
• Experience identifying operational issues and recommending solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor inventory best practices across front end and pharmacy.
• Support pharmacy inventory management including receiving, counting, ordering, and returns.
• Maintain on-shelf availability and validate planograms.
• Review reports and systems to ensure accurate on-hand balances and pricing.
• Assist with pricing changes, markdowns, and signage accuracy.
• Open/close store when designated, handle cash and POS duties as leader on duty.
