Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a store team member to manage inventory across front end and pharmacy, including receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and planogram accuracy. You will monitor reports, support inventory processes, and train teammates on best practices to ensure On-Shelf Availability.

When on duty, you may open/close the store, handle cash and POS transactions, and help maintain clean, well-merchandised counters and stockrooms while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens or one year of retail experience.
• Fluent English reading, writing and speaking.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor and train inventory best practices for front end and pharmacy.
• Support receiving, counting, pricing, returns and planograms accuracy.
• Review reports and systems to ensure on-hand balances and pricing integrity.
• Open/close store in absence of management and perform cash handling as needed.
• Maintain inventory records and support physical inventory activities.
• Ensure compliance with state/local rules for regulated products.
