Walgreens is seeking a detail-oriented team member to support both front end and pharmacy inventory management and cashier responsibilities. You will help receive, count, price, and return merchandise, and ensure accurate planograms and pricing across store areas.

Qualifikationen

• Six months of prior work experience with Walgreens (internal candidates) or one year of prior retail work experience (external candidates).
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Must have a willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
• “Achieving expectations” rating on last performance review and no written disciplinary actions in the previous 12 months (internal candidates only).
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task and manage execution.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.

Aufgaben

• Executes and coaches team on warehouse and vendor inventory management processes including creating, reviewing, and receiving orders.
• Scans deliveries in-store, manages One Box receiving, and coordinates corrections with vendors.
• Verifies pharmacy shipments and postings of warehouse and prescription orders; reports shortages or damaged products.
• Completes On-Shelf Availability end-to-end processes including planogram compliance, disposals, and returns for DSD and pharmacy departments.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts across front end, stockroom, and pharmacy; enforces state/local laws for regulated products.
• Supports front end and pharmacy pricing tasks, including price changes and signage accuracy.
