Qualifications

• Six months of Walgreens experience or one year in retail.
• Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking.
• Willingness to work flexible evenings and weekends.
• Ability to identify operational issues and implement solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for the entire store.
• Support pharmacy inventory management, including receiving, counting, ordering, and returns.
• Validate planograms and ensure on-shelf availability.
• Review reports and system applications affecting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Open and close the store when required, including cash handling and POS duties.
• Lead customer experience by greeting customers and resolving issues as needed.
• Coach team on warehouse and vendor inventory processes.
• Oversee pricing activities and maintain signage and markdowns.
• Order expense items to support front end and pharmacy operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with physical inventory preparation and auditing.
• Support package deliveries, pickups, and pickup program.
