Job summary

Bella Cosa Jewelers is seeking an Inventory Specialist to ensure jewelry items are checked in accurately and data in the inventory system is correct.

You will support marketing and back up sales floor tasks, including packaging and store opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' inventory experience in fine jewelry or luxury retail.
• Experience with social media and marketing a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with inventory software and POS systems; Edge experience a plus.
• Ability to handle fine jewelry with care, accuracy and security awareness.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Time management and ability to prioritize tasks.

• Mail out packages for the sales team to clients.
• Participate in store setup and closing procedures.
• Act as back up on sales floor as needed.

The Inventory Specialist plays an important role in supporting inventory management, sales and operations by ensuring jewelry items are checked in accurately and information entered into our inventory management system is correct. Provides team support to marketing and back up support to sales floor as needed including packaging/shipping of items and participating in store opening/closing procedures.
