Job summary

Blue Nile, a Signet Jewelers brand, is seeking an organized Inventory Specialist to join our team in New York. You will fulfill orders, stock inventory, aid in audits and ensure accurate record-keeping.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment. 1+ year of relevant experience and basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Process E-commerce Orders - Pull, invoice, & package jewelry
• Fulfill Internal Inventory Requests - Pull & transfer jewelry to different departments
• Label RFID tags for new jewelry
• Process returns and tag items
• Stock items in designated bins
• Scan items into Excel spreadsheet for data analysis and tracking
• Learn basic jewelry and diamond knowledge to understand inventory

Blue Nile is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team. The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for fulfilling orders, stocking inventory, aiding in audit counts and ensuring accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Process E-Commerce Orders - Pull, invoice, & package jewelry
• Fulfill Internal Inventory Requests - Pull & transfer jewelry to different departments
• Labeling - Print RFID tags for new jewelry
• Returns - Process return, orders and tag items
• Stocking - Scan items into their designated bins
• Scan items into Excel spreadsheet for data analysis and tracking
• Learn basic jewelry and diamond knowledge to better understand our inventory

Requirements

• High School Degree, GED or equivalent certification is required
• Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day

Annual base pay: $17.50-$18.50. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
