Job summary

Justice Cannabis is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to compile and maintain records of quantity, type, and value of stocked materials. The role involves counting stock, reconciling records, and preparing inventory reports in a fast-paced retail environment in Somerset, NJ.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in a retail or warehouse setting is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Counts material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and posts totals to inventory records.
• Compares inventories to office records or computes figures from records such as sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory.
• Verifies clerical computations against physical count and investigates discrepancies.
• Compiles information on receipt or disbursement of material and computes inventory balance, price, and cost.
• Prepares reports such as inventory balance, price lists, and shortages.
• Prepares list of depleted items and recommends survey of defective or unusable items.
• Stocks and issues materials or merchandise.
• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory processes and workflows.
