Job summary

Justice Cannabis is seeking an Inventory Coordinator in Utah to manage stock records and ensure accuracy across materials, equipment, and merchandise. The role emphasizes reliable cash handling, strong customer service, and precise data entry in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include reconciling inventory, generating reports, and maintaining compliance with safety and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in retail or hospitality with cash handling responsibility.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Fluent English in written and spoken communication.
• Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Experience in medical cannabis industry is desirable but not required.
• Proactive, professional, and able to take direction.

Responsibilities

• Count material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and post totals to inventory records.
• Compare inventories to office records or compute figures from records to obtain current inventory.
• Verify computations against physical stock and report discrepancies.
• Compile information on receipt or disbursement of materials and compute inventory balance, price, and cost.
• Prepare inventory balance reports, price lists, and shortages.
• Prepare lists of depleted items and suggest surveys of defective items.
• Stock and issue materials or merchandise.
• Demonstrate analytical thinking; synthesize data; design workflows and procedures.
