Job summary

Aerotek is hiring an Inventory Associate in Redmond, WA to support production by managing materials, executing warehouse tasks, and ensuring data accuracy across inventory and purchasing systems. You will physically move materials, use ERP software, and help maintain inventory integrity.

This contract-to-hire role operates in a warehouse environment on a 2nd shift, with emphasis on meeting deadlines and maintaining data quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or related field.
• MS Office/MS Excel proficiency for data manipulation and analysis.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 8 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Move and expedite materials to support production schedules.
• Verify materials are packaged, tagged, and handed off correctly.
• Record inventory movements using ERP/software systems.
• Identify process issues and communicate findings to relevant teams.
• Maintain data accuracy across inventory tools and reports.
