Job summary

Aerotek in Stafford, VA is hiring a Warehouse Associate to maintain accurate inventory, perform cycle counts, and ensure proper material movement between warehouse and production areas.

You will operate RF scanners, assist with receiving, labeling, staging, and issuing materials, and uphold 5S standards in a fully onsite facility. This role offers a stable production-support environment with growth into inventory control and warehouse tech.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with 5S or similar workplace organization methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and audits.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against POs.
• Label, store, and locate inventory correctly.
• Perform material transactions using warehouse systems.
• Stage and issue materials to production to support operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse per 5S standards.
