Job summary

Dogwood Industries LLC is seeking an Inventory Material Handler to ensure accurate inventory data in ERP systems and smooth material flow. You will maintain transfer logs, coordinate internal transfers and shipments, and support production, procurement, and logistics with reliable inventory information.

The role requires 2+ years in inventory-related work, ERP experience, and strong attention to detail. On-site position based in Sedro-Woolley, WA with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in inventory administration, control, logistics coordination, or operational support.
• Proven ability to enter and maintain inventory data in an ERP or inventory management system.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate records and documentation.
• Experience coordinating material movements, shipments, or transfers.
• Proficient in organizing, prioritizing, and managing multiple tasks in deadline-driven environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain inventory transactions in the ERP system (receipts, transfers, shipments, raw material use).
• Update material transfer logs and supporting documentation.
• Ensure real-time accuracy of inventory records across all facilities.
• Review transactions for accuracy; identify and correct discrepancies.
• Support audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation with reliable data.
• Coordinate inter-facility transfers and shipments with internal/external partners.
• Schedule and dispatch drivers for transfers and supplier shipments.
