You will handle receiving, staging, and issuing materials, while coordinating with the production and rental teams to resolve discrepancies. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office in a Windows environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of related work experience preferred with strong communication and computer skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Windows-based environments; PC literate.

Responsibilities

• Handle inventory transactions for rental, perpetual, and expensed inventory.
• Document variances and assist in resolution with internal teams.
• Stock, relocate, and map inventory locations; maintain reports and serial tracking.
• Perform tests and calibration-related tasks; ensure inventory accuracy.
