Job summary

Greatjob is seeking an Inventory Control specialist to organize and perform inventory control activities in the warehouse. The role requires coordinating with the inventory team and ensuring items are received and stored correctly.

Responsibilities include enforcing internal controls, investigating discrepancies with the Inventory Control Analyst, and coordinating cycle counts. The position operates in a warehouse environment with a shift from 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM, Monday to Thursday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures in inventory.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions.
• Works under immediate supervision and typically reports to a supervisor/manager.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Inventory Control Analyst to investigate discrepancies.
• Research and recount inventory discrepancies identified by the Inventory Control Analyst.
• Coordinate cycle counts with the inventory team.
• Provide support to the warehouse team as needed.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• Work directly with Inventory Control Analyst to investigate,researchand address inventory issues and discrepancies.
• Research and recount inventory discrepanciesidentifiedby the Inventory Control Analyst.
• Coordinate the cycle counts with the inventory team.
• Available toprovidessupport wherever needed to the warehouse team
• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
