Job summary

Monroechamber seeks an Inventory Specialist to manage vending machine stock and restock production stations in West Bend, WI. You will use the vending portal and procurement system to create quotes, place orders, expedite deliveries, and check lead times for orders.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and restock physical product into vending machines and vendor managed inventory areas.
• Retrieve product bins from storage and deliver them to appropriate production stations in a timely manner.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Ensure products are accurately labeled and properly organized in bins.
• Safely lift and transport bins weighing 10-40 lbs, following all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with production team members to maintain workflow and reduce downtime.
• Keep storage areas and workstations clean and organized.
• Participate in periodic inventory counts and audits as needed.
• Work within our vending portal and procurement system to create quotes, place orders, expedite orders, and look up lead times for orders.

Position Title: Inventory Specialist Wage: $25.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7:00am - 3:00pm at a company in West Bend, WI.

Inventory Specialist Responsibilities:

• Receive and Restock physical product into vending machines and vendor managed inventory areas

Requirements for Inventory Specialist:
