Base pay range

Position Summary

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting packaging operations, and ensuring materials are properly tracked and replenished. This role works closely with production and packing teams to monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and uphold safety and organizational standards within the warehouse environment.

Safety and Environment Responsibility

• Create and ensure a safe work environment.
• Always wear proper PPE throughout your work shift
• Make sure all tools and chemicals are properly used and stored in their respective locations
• Ensure all chemical bottles and containers are labeled correctly.

Duties

• Identify all parts, verify part numbers, and associated customers.
• Complete daily cycle counts of packaging on a prioritized schedule.
• Make inventory adjustments accurately when needed.
• Work with packing associates to maintain organization and row integrity.
• Monitor packaging supply and demand, and place orders accordingly.
• Count EC1 supply inventory and create/submit orders as necessary.
• Verify EC1 customer parts and inventory accuracy in CMS.
• Create POs for supply and packaging orders.
• Count and report month-end inventory accurately.
• Work overtime as requested.
• Promote and implement 5S activities.
• Additional duties as needed by Parker Trutec and customers.
